BOOKING POLICY.
By proceeding with a booking, you will be confirming on behalf of you and the rest of your party that you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. If you have any further queries, please address it with a member of the team when making your enquiry.
Deposits
A deposit may be required during peak times, event days and for larger parties. This will not be refundable, but it will be fully redeemable on the day of your booking. If you need to cancel your booking, we will need 48 hours notice in order to issue a full refund on your deposit.
For typical reservations, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the date of your booking will forfeit the deposit. Packages purchased to secure the area will incur a cancellation fee equal to the deposit if cancelled within 48 hours.
Please be aware that if you choose not to use your deposit at the bar on the day, this will not be refunded to you as it is a minimum spend for the area.
Please be aware that our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking. For example, our Christmas 3-Course has specific cancellation terms. You can view these below.
Grace Period
Due to limited availability and high demand, we will only be able to hold the area for 30 minutes for those who have paid a deposit. Failure to arrive within this time will result in us offering the area to another party and a forfeit of your deposit.
For parties that have not paid a deposit, we will hold the table for 15 minutes before we offer it to another party.
Please note your booking period will not be extended for late arrivals.
Table Allocation and Retention
Once seated, tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The venue cannot guarantee the retention of a table if it is left unattended or vacated prior to the stated departure time.
Food Allergens
At The Cricketers, we take food allergens very seriously, so if you or any member of your party have an allergy, please let us know. We have an allergen list showing all of the 14 allergens legally required that are contained in every dish on our menu. We have strict procedures in place for taking and preparing allergen orders, however even with the considerable efforts we go to unfortunately we can never 100% guarantee that our dishes will be totally free of allergens.
Challenge 25: Bring your ID
We have a few house rules regarding age. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, please be prepared to show a valid ID. Please be aware that any guests who fail to comply with our entry requirements may be refused entry. If this happens and the rest of your group decides not to stay, you’ll forfeit any deposits you’ve paid.
Responsible Drinking
The Cricketers promotes safe and responsible drinking. Always know your limit. We will not serve or allow entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, and you will be asked to leave the premises if you are intoxicated.
Dress Code
We have a smart, casual dress code here at The Cricketers. We do not allow fancy dress and we also cannot allow any offensive or rude materials and decorations.

FOOD ORDERS & SERVING TIMES
For bookings of 10 or more, a pre-order is advised to avoid disappointment on the day of your booking.
We will require food choices 2 days before the date of your booking.
Food will be served approximately within 20 minutes from the time you have booked in for. Please note your booking period will not be extended for late arrivals.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to scheduling constraints and other reservations, pre-ordered meals will be served at the designated reservation time, regardless of arrival delays. Due to this, we kindly ask all party members to arrive on time for your reservation.
